- Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs duties, or failure to pick up the parcel, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. Reshipment will be processed only after additional shipping fees are paid.
- Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or is marked as lost, please contact our customer service immediately. We will assist in investigating the issue with the shipping carrier. Claims for lost packages must be filed within 30 days after the shipping date.
- Address Changes
