We offer cushion covers, canvas bags, background cloths / wall hangings, including both ready-made (non-custom) designs and custom/personalized items with your own image, text, or logo.In the future, more customized products will be launched, bringing you more different choices.

Are the products ready to use?

• Cushion covers: Ready to use.(You can purchase the pillow core directly in the cushion cover area)
• Canvas bags: Ready to use.
• Backgroung Cloth: Ready to hang (Include or recommend hanging tools).

What materials are they made of?

We use durable, washable, and skin-friendly fabrics including linen, cotton blend, velvet, and polyester.etc, Each product page shows the exact material.

2. Custom Orders

Can I customize with my own photo or design?

Yes! We accept custom orders for pillow covers, canvas bags, and tapestries with your image, text, logo, or artwork.

What file should I provide?

Clear JPG / PNG / PDF in high resolution. The clearer your picture, the better the print.

Can I change the design after ordering?

Once production starts, custom orders cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
Please confirm all details before placing your order.

3. Returns & Refunds

Can I return non-custom (ready-made) items?

Yes, unused and in original condition within the stated return period.

Are custom products returnable?

No. All custom & personalized items are final sale.
They are made exclusively for you and cannot be resold.

What if my item is defective or damaged?

Please contact us with photos within a few days of delivery. We will resend or refund for quality issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery

How long is processing & delivery?

• Non-custom: Usually ships within 1–3 business days.
• Custom: Needs production time, usually 3–7 business days.
• International shipping: 7–20 business days depending on your country.

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number by email.

Do I need to pay customs fees?

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes.
These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
