- NON-CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS
Non-customized, standard, ready-made, and non-personalized products are eligible for return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:
- Be in new, unused, undamaged, and unaltered condition;
- Be returned with all original packaging, labels, tags, and accessories included;
- Not show signs of wear, tear, washing, or misuse.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the approved refund or exchange within 3–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- CUSTOMIZED & PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS
All customized, personalized, made-to-order, bespoke, and made-to-measure products are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
This category includes but is not limited to:
- Custom engraved, printed, or embroidered items;
- Personalized design products;
- Made-to-measure or custom-sized products;
- Any product manufactured according to customer specifications.
Once production has been confirmed and initiated, customized orders cannot be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded. These products are produced exclusively for the individual customer and hold no resale value.
- RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
To initiate a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer service team at lucyliumaoyi@163.com with the following information:
- Order number;
- Full name and contact information;
- Reason for return or exchange;
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We will review the request and provide official return instructions within 24–48 business hours. Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.
- DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will investigate and provide a resolution, including a full refund, replacement, or prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost to you.
